He won't go down quietly....

The Marines need to guard the White House to ensure he DOES leave . . . and doesn't take the silverware with him.

I imagine after November 6th the shredders will be going full blast. They'll have to use 55 gallon burn barrels and diesel fuel to destroy all the evidence. They'll have to be dragged kicking and screaming out of the White House on January 20, 2013.

Obama is a lot of things and most of them are worthy of criticism. But I just do not see him trying a military takeover of the country. I can see him pulling a "gore" with the election recounts or whining about a loss, because, like gore, he is the chosen one in his own mind and cannot even imagine losing. Honestly, though, I think obama has more class than gore.

I think he will stand down and become another clinton --- always sticking his 2 cents in for the media. He may become a leader of liberals, or possibly the black community like sharpton etc, and keep a pot stirring with such a position. This being obama, I could see him starting a TV show.

That's a very good article, but I doubt Obama will do those things mentioned. Martial Law? No! If he did, the

military would probably rebel against him. Voter fraud? He is the one committing that by way of ballot machines

by the way of Secretary of States in each state he has seen George Soros helped set in position. That was

exposed in the Franken election, and since that one was exposed to have had voter fraud, I doubt he would cry

that one. Instead, his voter fraud machine hasn't been shown except in three states, briefly.

He will probably let his minions shred everything that could incriminate him and trash the rest, like was done

when Clinton's term ended. The arrogant narcissistic fool will probably not do like Bush did him.

I don't think the martial law thing will ever work. Nor will he try it. But trying to overturn the election results...That's a different story.

He can’t do anything with the military against this country, if he loses the election he couldn’t take over a day care center.

But he can issue pardons,Executive orders, and start wars in other countries.

When any forward thinking company has a person in leadership give notice they take their keys, give them a pat on the back, thank them for their service, and walk them out the door…. Right then. There’s a reason for that and it should apply to the President. When the election results are certified, the winner should be sworn in. It’s insane to leave a President in Officer for nearly three months, especially one that has been voted out. We have too much going on in the world to leave someone like that in charge.

This was a well written article, at least technically. ANYBODY that goes thru all the crap to become the pres was doing it as much for the history books as anything else. If Obama thinks he can win a dispute over the vote, then he'll fight just like Gore AND Bush did. When it's time for him to go, he'll leave quietly.

The guy is a commie, and has a huge ego, but he does care about his mark on history. Oh yeah...

If he doesn't win, BHO's legal appeals will make 2000 look like local traffic court.

It has been widely reported about the minions of lawyers on the hook in all the possibly contentious states, and no just by the conservative media either.

We didn't actually have a new prez for over a month in 2000. Who knows how this one could go.

There was a gazillion lawyers in 2000. The Supreme Court is final, correct?

Yeah, but there has to be a federal ruling before they get it. And only one was shunted up to them, and it was only to do with a recount motion in one state.

I expect this time, there could be federal suits and rulings in at many as 5 states, and depending on claims of each one would have to be dealt with individually. This is corrupt Chicago hardball, makes hillbillly and cowboy politics look like badminton.

Maybe it will keep Obama busy enough that he won't screw up anything else :). Got a few months before we shove his ass into a Uhaul anyway.

I still think Romney will have to be the one to challenge the results. Mitt is up in early voting over all, but down in the swing states. Way down in Ohio. It's all gonna be about Ohio, assuming he doesn't get surprised in FL, VA, or NC too.

There is a bit in the movie '2016' where Obama, while a senator, advised a man in Kenya who lost an election to have his followers riot. They did, in fact riot, claiming voter fraud. The man was given a created position of prime minister - this was rigged up by Kofi Annan, BO, and Condoleeza Rice - to stop the machete attacks, riots, etc.

Obama has no problem with encouraging violence for political gain.

Quietly? I don't think so.

Encouraging violence in Kenya is one thing, but to do so in America would be foolish. Lots of Americans probably wouldn't mind finding out how well those new bought guns shoot.

I have said to a couple of my closest friends something very similar. Now I'll say it in a public forum. I won't predict what is stated in the article, but I will not be surprised if it comes to pass. He is just that narcissistic.
