Interesting. I lived in Chattanooga for 25 years and had never heard of it. Google shows me lots of stuff about it being closed. What's the story?

yeah, for about the past year or so the off roading club around here, called We Rock has been in legal battles with a development company that bought out most of the land up there. and TWRA has gotten involved too. technically it is still open, you just have to know how to get up there. We Rock is a pretty good sized off road club and apparently has people in the right places because they have stalled them this long. Their main fight revolves around a road that goes up the mtn that the devolpment company tried to shut down, its the main route all the off roaders would usually take. But they could not legally shut it down because something to do with it being a state road or something along those lines. There is aloootttt i dont know about the whole ordeal, but it boils down to We Rock, and all the individuals that go up there to ride vs. development company. Ive signed a couple petitions on We Rocks behalf. were it will be a year from now who knows, but technically for now the mtn is still open for off roading. its crazy you lived here for that long and never heard of it lol. its only about 20 mns from chattanooga, if that.

I also Geocache. We are TeamPennyFinder on geocaching.com. It is a fun activity that the wife and I do. Our grand daughter loves going with us when we go.

I like to fish. I prefer fly fishing but slowly starting to geting into spinning tackle.
I also take old bottles and put lights in the and sell them at craft fairs.
I enjoy building and tinkering around on things.
