Has anyone experienced a refusal to use the TGO face-to-face form?

Not quite sure what you mean by getting blasted for it. Nobody blasted anyone. And as soon as I have the funds available I will have a permit, but as it is I am still new to this state and have not had the chance yet.

I'm sure a cop will accept that logic and excuse, if you ever get busted for carrying illegally.

Not that I would recommend anyone not get a permit, but how often does someone get busted for carrying illegally in the absence of anything else?

It just depends on how flashy they are with it. He made a statement about OC in his apartment complex. Depending on the officer, if he is seen, it might get brought up.

As for the OC in my complex, that is only on the very rare dog walk at 2 am. Im not saying its right, im not saying its legal, but there it is. And Rabbi is right, if you call for attention you will get it. I used to drive a fairly attention grabbing car. It got broken into several times and a couple times a week a cop would ride my butt and run my tags.
