Hmm, I have mixed emotions on this one. His store, his rules... although the law says different, I don't agree with the law. On the other hand, being a heavily military town, the post Commander should put this on the "off limits" list and take away any military customer base. The offended veteran should organize a boycott, maybe a protest and hit him where it hurts. Its hard to feel bad for him and his employees; you run business like an a-hole and you might find yourself out of business.

General Riley did this to some stores in Hinesville GA and they were out of business in less than a month.

This doesn't always work. Many times the owner just changes the name or something and they're back off the list. The sad part is the people screwing our military out of their hard-earned money are often ex-military themselves.
