Must Read Book!

So, I travel pretty regularly with my job. Mostly to sister sites, operational meetings, trade shows, etc. I always pick up a few books for the travel (paperback - still don't have a Kindle or Nook). Anyway, I remembered a recommendation from either this site or another site for the book "One Second After"..... Holy cow! I was blown away. Short version, with no spoilers, is that the story centers on a retired Colonel, current professor who lives in a small mountain town right outside of Asheville, NC. The story follows him specifically, and the community that he lives in, right after an EMP attack in the United States. This is horrifying, and scares the heck out of me. A must read, but plan on a 2nd job afterwards to pay for your bunker, years worth of food, and even more ammo. Unbelievable in that it's so believable....
