I have bought guns all over the place, Tennessee is right in line with MS, guns are high compared to Virginia and Pennsylvania. The same AR that would cost me $800 down here, cost me $619 total, out the door and brand new in Pa. The same WWII Ithaca that would cost me 2900-3000 here, cost me $2400 in Virginia. Every gun I saw up in MD, VA, Pa and W Va go for a lot less than south of Virginia.

As for $400 Glocks, dont know where they buy them new for $400, but I just bought a new Gen 4 Glock 17 3 days ago for $399, but that was on the LEO/MIL program. On the program I can get pretty much any Glock I want for around $400, dont know anyone who sells them for that much other than that.
