They do need to find the shooter, but (I may get flamed for this) shootings like this are usauly drug related, maybe domestic.

I hope the police get this guy quick and make an example of him. Then when the politicians try to gain from this, the people of the state make an example of them.

I'd bet good money that this was not a random act of violence. There's bad blood between the shooter and the victims without a doubt. Either that, or the shooter is completely insane.

Suspect lived in their back house (guest house) He also burnt it down.

no doubt he knew the victims -- they were likely his landlord. my guess = they were kicking him out either due to issues or not paying rent.

Police said they have also found a body in the burned down rental house.

Thats 3 murders and 3 attempted murders.. and he is walking the streets.
