Speaking of binders, CCI, do you realize where the problem with that word came from? Had to do with

being a conceptual misuse of Romney's use of the word concerning his getting a "binder" full of women

to get qualified women in his administration, when there were none applying or being otherwise noticed.

Political crap started by a "feminist" who can't see past her nose, and uses single words to convey her

stupidity. It's also why women are coming to the Romney camp. Women are smarter than that and deserve

better consideration than that type of political attack.

Fact: 0bama's pension is astronomically larger than Romney's, because Romney has NO pension whatsoever. He waved a salary when he was Governor and will retire on his own money, not the taxpayer's.

Ok, so the guy had binders full of women… If what he says is true, that he looked around and was wondering why there were only men around him, then how else is he going to find women? It's not like he's got all the time in the world to just browse resumés at his leisure. Maybe he should have said they gave me a file of women's resumés or a stack of them but it all amounts to the same thing. He wanted to hire more women, he had to look at their resumés… so the MassGAP put the qualified candidates into a binder.

While he didn't address the issue at large he explained what he personally did… As President he'll have to revisit the issue seriously but maybe his personal approach could be an example of what other employers should do to help the women's workforce.
