In all probability after the next two presidential debates, Obama will have shown how totally and completely inept he really is, and he will be voted out of office.

Larry Elder interviews one of America’s greatest living thinkers, Thomas Sowell, who predicts race riots if Obama loses.

Spoke with someone today, fairly low on the totem pole as far as military brass is concerned, but he has been directed to prep his unit for riot control. It is disturbing that active duty units (non-mp) are putting this in their preparedness requirements, hopefully nothing will come of it though.

Race riots? Well whooptey :poop: .

Might be a few decent's get caught in the first wave, but it'd be a very pathetic fight.

Example: Right wingers are green. Obama rioters wearing black:

I don't know, seems the past few years someone's either threatening or predicting race riots over just about anything and everything. If a mouse farts in Ohio there will be threats of a race riot. We're prepared over here, but I won't be holding my breath.

I think anything can happen with a bunch of commies who use ACORN and the like to get people

to think they have to vote for a fool like him. Another thing that could happen is that Obama will

cause things to get so bad economically that those riots will happen anyway. Don't kid yourself in

thinking he will just go away. He means this country harm.

I think there'd be a lot of dead folks if they were to bring their riot to my casa. I wouldn't go down easy. The thought does make me regret selling my Sig 556 DMR, and having only my Palmetto State upper to replace it...yet.

I doubt that riots will occur if the "Lying King" loses. Hell, I'd bet that he is ready to leave and move on to the rubber chicken circuit to stack some cash.

Obama was never interested in leading this country. It was all about the title and his ego, just as it will be with Romney.

I would like to think you are right, LINKS, but he has let too much slip out about what he wants. Maybe not riots

this time, but his policies are wrecking the energy industry to the point of the cost becoming a big burden who

are living check to check, and when people can't stay warm, plus food rising, it could cause some nasty to

happen.

Romney isn't a savior, either, but is someone who could turn some of this around. I said some for obvious

reasons.

Obama isn't in it for ego, that he already has. He wants to fundamentally transform this country into something

else.

I think an Obama loss in 2008 would have produced riots sooner than if he loses now. Those potential rioters saw him as their savior to come along and end the economic situation we had then. He was bring them that famous Hope and Change.

I think most of the incendiary types know his record is crap. The Dem base is not energized now. There isn't all this newfound "hope" hinging on his reelection.

I hate to say it, but I'm not opposed to riots if they are directed towards all politicians. It's time for politicians to stop taking the people for granted.

I thought about this a few months ago. I believe there will be riots if R&R wins. Likely the worse we have ever seen.

Not too concerned either.

If they get to my house they'll be tired from walking up the hills. Plus their unlaced shoes and pants hanging halfway down their asses will slow them down.

Stereotype- perhaps. They're stereotypes for a reason.

Come to my house intending to do harm and I will show you how equal opportunity I can be :)

The kind of people that would riot over this election are the same people that aren't smart enough to make it out of their own neighborhood to do so.

I work about 35-40 miles from home with Jackson in the middle. I keep a get home bag in the truck just for this emergency. I have supplies at home might just have to take the back roads around Jackson that week.

Nothing will happen either way because if Obama Looses he will just sign another Executive order saying for Americas safety he must continue to be its ruler.

They have been planning for this for sometime now. They've got to make use of the FEMA prison camps, and all that ammo ordered. Obama and his commie cronies are not going to give up his power without him stirring up the sheeple on the government tit. There is gonna be some social unrest when Obama is defeated or if he wins because the economy will collapse not much longer after he is re-elected.

If by riot you mean take any pretext to loot and pillage, yea, there is a chance that will happen. Its the gangs, they take the excuse and run with it for fun and profit. If you mean normal (non gang members), then no, I do not see normal folks of any race blowing up their city over losing an election. A noisy, even disordely protest, sure, but the violence, damage, and assaults are generally confined to a few specific cities and areas and the folks involved are mostly already criminals and folks who are prone to violence.

Look at the race riots over something as inconsequential as the Rodney King ruling...and while it's true that most of the rioters ruined their own neighborhoods, they still hurt a lot of innocent people. For something as important as losing the Presidency, I'd expect worse and more widespread rioting.

Its such a shame that our first black President had to be Obama. There were a lot of others that would have made a fine President. Thomas Sowell for one, though he didnt run, Alan West, Herman Cain, Alan Keyes, any of these would have been good. I think many people will take the opportunity in a riot to just pillage burn and steal. Nashville may have it's own problems too.

On a more positive note for black Nashvillians,. Have y'all listened to Carl Boyd on 99.7 on Sunday afternoons? Quite refreshing to hear a local black conservative, and when he talks about Obama, I am so happy to hear the truth!

Which, oddly enough, is what I heard from people about Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II. It was a load BS then, still a load of BS.

actually I would say a protest over rodney would be a lot more sensible and logical than getting mad over a vote and worthy of a (nonviolent) protest. I think all but the most insane and idiotic fringe (on either side) can handle the outcome of a fair vote. I dont thing the idiot fringe is large enough for wide scale violence over a vote that did not go their way.

I hate to say it, but I'm not opposed to riots if they are directed towards all politicians. It's time for politicians to stop taking the people for granted.

Riots aren't the same as civil disobedience directed toward a politician, and especially if it's just because their man

doesn't get elected. Riots are the wrong way to go, especially to threaten another. And I'm not saying I welcome

either, until the last straw. The whites have been falsely accused of being racist all during this administration for a

reason, to keep the voting base in his palm. The real racist has been the one calling the name, and has been

almost exclusively throughout our country's history. Once it had dirty teeth when they owned slaves, and now it has

sharper, refined teeth and is directed toward whites to keep the guilt going and re-elect the bad guy.

All that buffoon in the White House cares about is using whoever, whenever he can, to tear down the Constitution

and rebuild our country into another socialist wet dream. He has even admitted that.

Why in the Hell do you think he has just about killed the coal industry? Do you think it was to save the environment?

Remember that "electricity prices will necessarily skyrocket"? Or was he just joking? Stephen "10 buck a gallon" Chu

doesn't care about the environment, either, just like Jones, Salazar, the two justesses, and the internet killer Julias

Genachowski( he just started that, again). Should I go on?

With the election going to Romney/Ryan, I'm not concerned about the rioting as much as what I said earlier. That is

the further use of EO's to kill this country out as much as possible before Jan 20,2013, because it won't be him getting

his crown polished. I doubt our country could survive another term like the last one. It would mean certain death of our

liberty. The EPA is regulating our energy industry into extinction. The FED is sending us down the road to inflation like

you would never imagine. That's what will send us into riots just as easily as threats from a small group of Obama

worshippers.

But go ahead and blame Bush for all of our sins, and while you are at it, hold up the rest of the propaganda we've been

shoveled for years by people who mean our country harm, the progressives, in both parties.
