Too bad they don't auction stuff like that.

I wish. They used too many moons ago, but everything gets destroyed now.

I think, In 2010, TN passed a law that weapons confiscated could not be destroyed, but had to be disposed of through a FFL. Maybe a few of the non-NFA weapons will eventually show up.

Well they did have the auction in Cleveland I think? I have a feeling though that they can auction off any firearms not related to a murder or something like that.

Tennessee Code Annotated 39-17-1317 (I think.....). Those versed in legal stuff can verify or refute.

I am guessing that it does not include choom.

Operational legal guns as far as I know can't be destroyed. I don't know about NFA type guns but they go to the ATF anyway.
