So just for shiggles, my cast bullets are .309 the bullet I shoved in the barrel was .308 and the ammo my gun likes is .307 as checked my calipers. So according to Caster's post, wouldn't the current size of the bullets be good without sizing?

It just might, but with out loading a few and letting them fly down range you will never know.
