Ruger MKIII Deluxe Target Pistol

Anybody own one of these guns, thinking about getting one and would like your input on the gun..thanks..

i have a ruger mark III 22/45 Target (5" barrel) and its the best shooting .22LR pistol ive ever shot. never had any kind of malfunctions, and so far ive only used the federal bulk ammo. VERY accurate, probably better than i am but im doing pretty good with it for me

i own the mark 3 hunter and was wondering if the deluxe target was as good.

Good question I was wondering the same thing. I am wanting a plinker & was wandering witch to get. I like the grip angle or the Mark III beter than the 22/45. But that's just me.

i dont see why not. would just be a little different (not sure what the differences in hunter and target are)

the hunter has the fluted barrel, don't know if the deluxe target does or not...

that's what i don't like about the 22/45 either..

I have shot the 22/45 though it is still a nice plinker & verry acurate I just prefer the angle of the Mark models better. If I found the right deal on a 22/45 I would probably pick it up also.
