Advantage Arms Glock .22 conversion kit

Recommended Posts

I have been looking into buying a advantage arm .22 conversion kit for my Glock 19 for a couple of years and finally decided to buy one. Well it came in today and I put a 50 round box of .22 through it. It seems great so far. I would recommend it to anyone who has been thinking about it. I may pick one up for some of my other Glocks as well.

Anyone else have any experience with them good or bad before I buy another?

I have been using some old (and when I say old I mean like 1980s vintage) Winchester bulk pack ammo and out of about 1000 rounds only had 1 FTF and it had to be the ammo as it had a nice firing pin mark in the casing.

I have noticed that it is much louder than when firing my 10/22 but I think that is normal with all caliber pistols.

My daughter (who is 15) loves to shoot my 10/22 so we carried the converted Glock with us the other day. It was her first time shooting a pistol other than her CO2 .177 pistol, so she was a little nervous the first few shots and limp wristed it causing about three FTE, but after she got adjusted to it and started properly supporting it no more problems.

I am really enjoying mine.
