Wow, yeah, that is a nice one. The only one's I have seen, before, were just cheap wooden disks.

If you ever go to Australia, don't order a Fosters. Victoria Bitter is what most Australians drink. Fosters is "tourist beer". Order it with a plate of roo. Sheaf Stout is pretty good there.

That would all depend on where Down Under you were. In Tasmania most folks would drink Cascade (way worse than horse piss) or James Boags & Sons. I have a few 6 packs of Boags in the fridge sitting next to some Tooheys New, which I havent tried yet. When I was Perth/Freemantle I had more than my fair share of VB as well as Tooheys Stout.

In Darwin there is a huge micro brew following and Emu Bitter is some of the worst. LOL In Brisbane they favored XXXX more than anything and I rather liked that also. Luckily 4X is just about everywhere and Fosters is nowhere down under. LOL

A buddy of mine worked with a guy who was originally from Australia. I talked with the Aussie once about beer and he said, "Foster's is kangaroo piss. Australians make Fosters to export and Victoria Bitter to drink."

It's downtown at public square. Tickets are $35 online, $45 at the festival. Albeit a bit chilly, it looks like a good day to drink some craft beer!
