Do office jobs allow weapons?...

Don't understand question.

Doesn't much matter in this case as far as his company is concerned, since he wasn't even an employee any more. Sounds like would have been good if some of the other folks in there had been packing though.

I mean do most office type jobs allow their workers to carry a weapons?. Seems like they would be banned in most places.

No way to know, nationwide. I'd posit that the bigger the biz, the more likely to ban, so numerically by employees affected, probably many more are prohibited than not. Especially when you throw in Kali, NYC, and Chicago/rest of Illinois, and others where few or no folks can carry legally anywhere, employee rules or not.

Just read another report that said he had 10,000 rounds at home. Sheesh, like it matters how many rounds he had at home people. The only rounds that matter are the ones the person has on them at the time of the shooting. And notice how I didn't say how many rounds in the mag. :)
