I couldn't get the story to post right, so here is the link. The average salary for Mexican workers was $2.10 per hour in 2011, up 19 percent from $1.72 in 2001. We cannot compete, nor survive on that hourly wage!

Global economy, Capitalism, Unions, Blame Game, put whatever name you want on it or blame whoever you like, but get used to it. Of course depending on your age you may not have to, it will be your kids and Grandkids that will have to deal with it. We did this.

NAFTA was allegedly an attempt to compete with the European Union. We have doing business in Mexico,

like what you allude to for decades.

And, in all fairness, Nixon paved the way for our trade with China. Just saying because it cuts down all party lines.
