They think if you are not PC, something must be wrong with you.

I remember years ago, south park did a show with Mohammad, called superbest friends. (before 9/11) He was not edited out and no one said anything. Just a few years ago, some newspaper did one and the reporter got death threats.

I believe it was later edited out of that south park on DVD's

I was gong to confirm on netflix but seems Season 5 Episode 3 - The Super Best Friends. is only on disk while the reset of the season is available for instant watch.

Season 5 Episode 3 - The Super Best Friends.-clip

Now I need to check my digital copy and see if I can find the complete unedited.

This was shown and no one blew up an embassy.

Yeah, I remember that episode well. They also had another one that specifically was to address the issue with Muhammed being depicted in a cartoon, which Comedy Central censored, then failed to put in the DVD series. Surpisingly though, I watched a rerun of "Super Best Friends" last year and it was unedited from the original, so I guess it wasn't offensive enough. I dunno, but depicting Muhammed isn't that big of a sin in Islam anyway, and isn't a sin at all if you're not Muslim. They just get worked up about it because they don't understand the concept surrounding freedom of speech.

I understand their reason behind it. I reckon Muhammed didn't want to be worshiped as a false idol. However, in a way they are.

TMF you are correct, there was the other ep.

Just a few years ago when a reporter was getting death threats over a cartoon of Mohammad is when things changed. South part later did an ep threatening to show Mohammad just for a reaction and they put a black box around him.

It was Season 10 Episode 3. Cartoon wars. This may have been 2 part

On the subject of Muslims getting their britches in knots over depictions of Mo, i present to you this cartoon from The Onion. In it I believe the Onion has reached the absolute pinnacle of satire. I must present 1 warning, it can be considered highly offensive to pretty much everyone of any religious faith or of a more sensitive constitution. You have been warned.

I saw this yesterday. I was going to share it on facebook but it was so vulgar I didn't want folks to have to see it if they didn't want too. As always, spot on Onion.

It was a two-parter and some of the best commentary on the Momo sitiuation as I've ever heard. Plus it bashes Family Guy at the same time. It was poetic.
