Brilliant marketing gimmick! You forget that with the website, he can plan out his bartering in advance. He will know in advance how much his fuel and lodging will cost and where he will stop. And with almost 3000 20oz bricks, that's a LOT of bartering material!

Also, look at it this way; for a mere 3000 samples of the product, they get nationwide advertising. Most companies give away free samples, but this ad campaign pays for itself!

I think it is a brilliant idea.

My wife doesn't agree, but for 24 bricks of bacon, I would be willing to let him crash on my couch.

I mean, c'mon, it is bacon.
