Wouldn't surprise me if it were true. Sadly, I doubt anything will come of it.

Nothing good will come of it for sure, but just think of how undermining to our legal system it would be to learn that "we" elected a president who was not a natural-born citizen. Forget Romney tax returns, lets see some real proof that Obama is even Constitutionally qualified to stand for election.

It may not speak to his citizenship, directly, but it speaks volumes about the man's credibility and possible criminality.

It's called fraud, at the least, and could add up to treason in the end, if we are ever to find out. I have my doubts,

the way politics is being played of late, that it will go anywhere, but that speaks volumes about corruption in politics.

Looking back at how he won his first Illinois seat is enough to make you wonder how he got away with that one, alone.

To reap any real benefit, they have to expose the facts. If we learn the truth, our entire system of government will be on its knees. I am not a tin-foil hat guy, but there are just way too many easy to answer questions that we can't get answers to. The guy has been in office for four years, and do you really understand where he came from, where he went to school, where he worked, ect?

I've heard that about it shaking the foundation of our government because of a poser's actions while in office, but

I don't think anything would really happen except nullification of all laws passed while he was acting as President.

It might be a bit painful to those who took advantage of those laws, but there are remedies. The justice system

would be busy for a while, also. Criminal acts should be met with prosecution. What's good for the goose...

We'd survive it if we wake up in time.

I think nullification is probably the most likely outcome, but there are certain aspects that just don't work in that scenario. How do we get TARP funds back? How do we get back the 30% increases in insurance premiums that have been cast upon us that actually contribute to the economy? When you tug on that string, what gets unraveled, and who determines the impact? The bottom line is that we are not prepared to deal with this scenario.

You may be right, quietguy.

You can't get something back, once it's gone, I agree, but you can stop the continual processes that were started by those actions through nullification. And justice has to enter into the equation. Without it, we let our society fall further. There are thousands of laws, which, if nullified, would undo all sorts of damage, as those laws are continually steering the ship in one direction that may need correction.

We have to gain the will to act on these things, instead of accepting the status quo.

Dude, we need to sit down and have a beer, figure all of this out, and straighten this country out.

I would happily oblige. :D Almost at that juncture. I just finished one.

Yeah, I have heard about the SSN problem for years now. Nothing will ever come of it. People are so confused about the birth issue that the arguments for investigating is a turn off for independants. I heard a guy on the radio this morning saying it isn't even an issue because his mother was an American. I just screamed at the radio that she renounced her citizanship before he was born! She hated the United States. She kept marrying 3rd Worlders for the that reason!

But, frankly, the issue isn't that he may not be an american, it is that he doesn't behave like an american.

The rest of the world, in his view, is the 99%!

O's SS# is 042-68-****

The dead guy's SS# is 045-26-**** (google will reveal actual numbers)

SS numbers are not issued by area of residence. They are issued by return addr zip code.

O's Hawaii zip was 96814.

Connecticut is 06814

Mysterious, sure.

typographical error, probably.

Criminal/fraud, not likely.
