Yeah I was thinking my thread got deleted in the melee. Thanks. That's one of the reasons I'm leaning towards the Kahr is because it is more compact, but I do love the XDs.

I just held A Kahr .45. It just felt right.

$200 is nothing if you plan on carrying the gun over several years. There is a world of difference in carrying a small gun compared to a big one.

I was going to buy this guys pm45 and offered $480 shipped.

I think he wants $530 shipped, but it does include a nice holster and an extra clip.

It's a great price if you don't mind a used gun.

Not if it's carried properly in a good holster. Reliability and shootability are much more important to me. Just because it costs $200 more doesn't make it a better carry gun.
