Being that it is time for the Ryder Cup, ORSA will be hosting the USPSA Ryder Cup Classic on 15 September. Stages are up on ORSAAP.com - click on the USPSA logo. Guaranteed to be fun. Look forward to seeing you at the range.

I plan on shooting this match. It'll be my first USPSA match since the late '90's and I'm looking forward to it.

The stages look great. I don't understand some of the "gadget" terminology...but figure I'll learn. :pleased:

I know I usually hit the IDPA match at ORSA every month. The only gun I will allow myself to touch anymore is my Kimber 45. So i am limited to 8rds only, is there a calss for this in USPSA. Sorry for the dumb question, but I know nothing about the way things work in that sport

As Hognut stated, Single Stack. It was made specifically for single stack 1911's. Every match we have several shooters in that Division.

Looked at the stages, it looks like a blast, is the entry 15 like the idpa matches?

$15 for non-ORSA members, $10 for ORSA members

There have been minor revisions to the stages, all to due with the start position. The new stage descriptions have been posted.

I registered last night. It's been a while since I've shot, but I'm excited. Hopefully my gear is up to par with the rule revisions since I last competed.

Stages are up. They will be lots of FUN, lots a trigger time, big time challenge. The weather is going to be great, no excuses, come on out to the range!
