Emergency hog hunt need this weekend!

Sound stupid, but really, really need to find a not-too-expensive hog hunt for this weekend.

I was supposed to be going down to Florida for a gator, but the river i have a tag for had been closed down to all traffic, due to flooding.

I don't get many free weekends a year & since this one is already booked off, i figured i'd try& get over the depression of a blown hunt, lost tag & all the associated expenses by trying to ventilate something locally. Doves just won't cut it right now!

I'm looking to spend around $500 got a private land hog hunt. Doesn't need to be a monster trophy, i just want to fill the freezer & salvage an otherwise depressing turn of events.

Hell, it doesn't even need to be in TN! Just within 6 hours drive would work!

Can anyone help a fella?

An outfitter buddy of mine in SC has squeezed me onto a hunt this weekend.

Hopefully I'll be reporting back on Monday morning with a big grin & a freezer full of potential sausage & bacon!

I was down there running the Sipsey. Only heard one shot all weekend. They're definitely overrun with hogs, though.
