Very good information IMO.

Edit: I think it was great to get the info from both sides. The lawyer told it straight up and why from his standpoint that he did not want you to talk, and the cop told it from his side as to why the cops wanted you to talk, (but reading between the lines, he told exactly what to expect if you do talk).
