Magpul & Elzetta OD Green

I just put Magpul Moe handrails, grip, stock, vertical grip, and magazine in OD Green. I also wanted to put the Elzetta flashlight mount on, and a Surefire light in OD Green, but when I received them today, I noticed they are not the same shades of OD Green. The SureFire G2X Pro light and the Elzetta mount match in color pretty close, but they are little lighter in shade of OD than the Magpul OD. I'm a little disappointed in the two shades, and I probably would put a black mount and light on if I had to do it over knowing the difference in color. Just wanted to let everyone know just in case someone has been considering the OD furniture makeover of your AR's.

Being a little bit of a smarta$$ I just use Krylon to even the tone up. That sucks though that they don't quite match but then again there are many shades of OD, and I guess that varies company by company.

I may try getting the Krylon OD paint and see what I can come up with. Thanks.
