A lady is suing after sitting on a bench saying she was burned. States "there was no sign warning about sitting on benches in direct sunlight."

Personally if it were that hot I think I would have been right up before having to get skin grafts, then again I have been burned instantaneously before touching hot objects.

I wonder how many frivolous cases we'd see if if there was a new law banning financial gain off a lawsuit? Pay exact medical bills and time missed from work, legitimet legal fees and not a penny more. I bet it would be amazing what people would let slide after that.
