I actually remembered it this year. Happy Airborne Day to my fellow Paratroopers, past and present.

Remember your 5 points of performance and your 3 rules of the air.

I'm a dirty nasty leg.

It's okay. There are whole divisions that falsely wear Airborne tabs.... :stir:

Plural? I can only think of the Hundred and Worst. :)

Haha, I didn't want to make it so obvious by using it singular.

I have been in four units. All are authorized jump boots.

So CA/PSYOPs doesn't have Airborne School as a part of the pipeline and don't require being on status? I figured from all those hooah cadences I heard on Ft. Bragg the shock troops of that organization were feasting on entrails of dead enemy while Halo-ing from the space shuttle and simultaneously machine-gunning hordes of VC... all to a sound track of '80s metal.... no?

TMF said Divisions. Those other folks are all separate battalions. As far as I know allot of them are still jump qualified individually anyway.

Active CA/PSYOP must be Airborne. Reserve units vary. Mine is an Airborne unit and the command, United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, is Airborne. I really am not the best advocate for PSYOP at this point. I'll not drag it through the mud but this deployment has been enlightening.

Well, if you're in that giant mess of field grades and walking mattresses that exists across the road from the TLS I wouldn't expect your rotation to be going well at all.
