New Gun Shop in Nashville

Hello All,

I like introduce our company Nashville Gun Shop to TGO members.

We opened our doors for business on March 2012 and we are located on 1215 Antioch Pike, Nashville 37211.

Just a quick directions how to get to Nashville Gun Shop;

Traveling on I-24 towards Chattanooga get off on Harding Place exit and travel towards to the airport, the first major intersection will be Antioch Pike. Turn left in front of J.Barleycorn and we are 1/3 of a mile on the left hand side of the road. We have a free standing building and our address is clearly marked on our sign by the side of the road. When you pull in you can park on towards the grass next to other cars.

Just a quick information about our company and why we started Nashville Gun Shop.

My brother and I have been in commercial printing since mid 1980's and we have worked for a major quick copy chain for many years.

We have started with the company as a regular line employee and worked at many different locations of it. We have quickly advanced in the company and became managers.

During 1999, we have noticed that the company has started change directions and we have decided to leave the company.

In year 2000, we have left the company and started our own company. Knowing that it would be very difficult to start from scratch, we decided to buy a existing commercial printing company and we bought out Newman Printing (www.newmanprinting.com).

Business was good and in 2006 we decided to buy another printing company which where we are located right now.

Unfortunately, in 2009 economy started weaken and got slow down so much that it effected the whole printing industry.

Since 2009 and 2011 approximately 25 print shops closed down in Nashville and many reduced in size. We are one of those still in business but lost a lots of revenue because of the fact.

That's when we started thinking to get in to another business.

Since, my brother and I were always firearm fans, we decided to get in it as a business and established our corporation Twin Arms, LLC. in 2011.

Yes, Twin Arms because we are identical twins what better name than that right? Well, my brother said that we should operate under Nashville Gun Shop and we did little research to find out if we were stepping anyone's toes because of the name Nashville Gun Shop and no one was using that name so we started using it and we got the name registered with U.S. Trade Mark office and got an approval.

Well, this is our little story. We are a small gun shop but what we have been hearing from many of our customers that we have pretty good selection of firearms and fair prices.

Why don't you stop by and check it out your self as well :), also please visit us at www.facebook.com/NashvilleGunShop and give us a thumbs up as well.

We also have a fully functional web store as well which is www.nashvillegunshop.co.

Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction and we would love to see many of you in our shop.

See ya'll soon :)

What calibers are you interested seeing? As well as the brand of powder you currently are using. I like to get a feedback this way I can make my order accordingly. Thanks for stopping in by the way I remember talking with you :)

I'm loading 9mm, 40 cal and soon, 38's/.357 and I'm using Hodgdon Titegroup.

Do you typically buy them by the piece or by the bag? Are you brand specific on your projectiles and brass?

Bulk as in 500-1000 or more when I can get a deal. I'm expecting 2000 cast bullets tomorrow from TN Valley Bullets. The owner is a friend of mine. I have all of the brass that I'll need for quite a while. Probably got 5k 9mm and 3-4k 40's. 10k small pistol primers. I'll be buying the powder as I have the need for it.
