I gotta say that were that my daughter, I'm not sure he'd be able to make the hearing on the 24th. Wonder how much garbage like this gets swept under the rug before it becomes public knowledge?

Wow. I have a 17yr old daughter that was approached by a police office at gas station and asked if married then got followed to the city limits by him a few nights ago. I am kinda wondering if he was going to follow her home which luckily was 30 miles away. It really creeped her out that she said he was in his 30s.

Someone always says this. Why?? He was obviosuly not a good person if he was willing to go into someones home unannounced then take pictures of their young daughter naked, while two boys sat in his patrol car. He wast a good kid, he was a punk who just hadnt been caught.

Ehhh, i don't know about that. Been more than one instance of people impersonating an officer, but that's silly details. Evil men wear all sorts of clothes.

Not just kidnapping... Where are the color of law charges? Frankly if this guy gets found guilty, he doesn't need to go to prison, he needs to be on death row.

When people in positions of trust violate that trust, justice must be swift and harsh, the maximum penalty must be sought in all cases.

Are you sure she was naked? I didn't see that mentioned. I would think there would be child porn charges if she was actually naked.

Yeah, I'm not even certain that she is underage since they made it a point to say that her younger brother was a juvie but made no mention of her being one. I'm guessing he went in there to talk to her separate of the two dudes under the guise of getting the full story of the earlier argument and used the opportunity to coerce her into taking naughty pics. Either by flirting with her or suggesting he was collecting evidence. The fact that he has been arrested and canned already suggests that there isn't an innocent explanation for it.

If she was a minor I'd like to hear the parents explanation as to why she was out with her boyfriend at 3 am.

I read an article earlier that was referring to third year college students as "kids", so unless specified it is difficult to tell with the media. I would just assume if she was a minor they would make it a point to clarify that since it would significant to the story.
