that confession tape was pure genius.

Yep. The whole time I was just like "Damn, Walt is amazing...."  ;)

At what point should I have stopped hoping Walt gets away with it all? I mean, I recognize he's a bad guy, but, but....

I am 60 and I think it is the greatest series that has ever been on television. I am gonna be sad to see it come to an end. I have watched all seasons three times already and always see some things that I missed. I will never forget the day I ran across the preview of the first episode. I was hooked after that. They are all great actors and some are on a new series called Low Winter Sun that I am getting interested in. There is a lot of gore in this show too. Well, I wonder if Hank or Jessie will get whacked by Walt or maybe a better surprise. I think the best episod so far was when Gus got blown up at the nursing home. For those who have not watched it, you are missing a great series. You can find most of the seasons on ebay or just sign up for netflix which has most of it except for the season that is showing now.  Also, talking bad is pretty good too.Well, I must go now, gonna go watch it again. He He!

I agree Riciticky, but I would say on cable (or OTA if it were to be on oTA), but I still go with The Soprano's as the greatest series of all time. Except the sheety ending.

I have to agree with Breaking Bad and Sopranos making my short list of best TV series of all time. Game of Thrones has to sneak in there somewhere too.

Somewhere I heard a funny series ending.  Walt goes into witness protection program and then fast forward and you see Walt as the Malcolm in the middle dad.

I thought they said on Talking Bad this week that he had Cerebral Palsy.

He has CP. As far as the actors, Brian Cranston has signed on to play Lex Luthor in at least 6 appearances.

That is great damn casting.

Cranston will make and excellent Lex Luthor.

I'd actually watch a Superman movie to see that performance.

Ok, I don't like season 5's ending, in the fact that 3 bedroom house with a pool only has a master bath?

Did anybody else enjoy the Chicks 'n' Guns bonus scene on the blue ray of season 5?

They have another bathroom but Hank probably wanted to get far enough away to drop his deuce.

something is going on with that ending last night.

No way that guy with a rifle misses Hank and Gomez at that distance.  that entire shootout seemed off to me

How did they get there so fast?

I can't believe Jesse spit in Walt's face! That would have made me lose it, too.

I thought the same thing, the lil skinhead tweaker guy squints and aims and still misses...yeah right!?

The two DEA guys weren't exactly taking advantage of cover, especially the hispanic fella with the infinite capacity shotgun. They are standing in the clear half the time and all the skinheads can do is riddle the car that holds Walt? Not even any body shots to DEA body armor? Which from a rifle would work about as good as a head shot?

Maybe the skinheads aim to get rid of walt so they can't be implicated?

They need WW alive so they can figure out his cook technique. Once they have that he's a liability - just like when Gustavo was trying to get Jessie to learn. Once WW gives up his secret recipe he has no more value.

Don't fret over the details of the gunfight, its TV after all. I don't think hank or his partner will survive the next episode.

I keep trying to figure out how the flash forward might clue me in to anything but so far - nada.

The talking bad was hilarious too

One of the brilliant complexities of Walt is that he is screaming to stop the shootout.  He still doesn't want harm to come to Hank, or even Jesse (yeah, yeah, I know...but you heard what he said).  Walt has admitted to himself that he has wronged all those he cared about at this point.

I now think the flash forward with the pig is for use on the Skin-Heads/Lydia.
