I referred to an old 70's Speer Manual and I suspect that Gun is chambered for .32 S&W Long. It's been near a year since I saw it.

Will likely buy it this time around. Surely someone still produces Ammo for it.

I see Midway offers 17 options; 1 JHP which is on backorder!

32 S&W long is quite common.

It is basically the same cartridge as the 32 Colt New Service (32 Long Colt).

THe 32 Short will fire in one as well, but a long cartridge will not chamber in a short cylinder. I have fired a 32 ACP cartridge in a 32 Short cylinder, with no ill effects, but do not recommend the practice.

What model is the revolver? I'd like to see pics and see more info on the gun if you can.

I just picked it up tonight. I see where I might have gotten the "Colt". On the left side of the barrel it reads .32 Long Ctg.

I'll try to get some picks up later. It ain't no Beauty. Pretty rough. After lookin' at this thing close I'm guessin' maybe closer to 100 yrs. old. Not sure I should try modern Ammo!

It would be GREAT(!) if somebody made full moon clips(or even half-moon) for chambering .32 ACP rounds. Quick; somebody make up a batch of those and I be the first customer! :woohoo:
