Eh that's just part of a BCP/DRP. Common practice in the technology field for even small businesses, and it's finally moving around to all aspects of the company.

That was funny though when he said "This is a red level, emergency transmission!" good 'ol Alex never fails to entertain lol

(just to clarify his "sky is falling" scenario) On the same article he is referencing it has a link to the JP Morgan Chase plan, that was dated March 2012 (viewable by the public and not secret) says in the opening:

ï® Recovery plans detail the actions a firm would take to avoid failure by staying well-capitalized and well-funded in the case of an adverse event

ï® Resolution plans detail strategies for rapid, orderly and least-cost resolution under ordinary insolvency law in the event of failure (without the use of taxpayer money)

And it states that this is just part of that dumb Dodd-Frank law
