Hey guys,

I'm a new member who was referred to the site by another TGO member. I'm just figuring out what's on the site and am looking to buy an inexpensive but good AR-15 in the next month or so. If anyone has some recommendations or is selling one around $700, shoot me an email.

Mike

Welcome to TGO. If you use the forum search function you will find plenty of AR15 info in the long gun forum. There is a good sized black rifle community here, and lots of good information can be found.

welcome!

Lot of people highly recommend the M&P sport for an inexpensive pre-built AR. I have a similar model, one or two grades "better" (I have the ever popular dust cover and forward assist, ooooo...) but basically the same thing. It has been excellent, accurate and reliable at a reasonable price.
