It should include a sensor and a siren. When the sensor detects blood inside the device it sounds a loud siren. Then the victim can just separate themselves and walk away, while the assailant is stuck with this device and a loud siren.

As with any device, misuse is the weakness. How many jilted girlfriends would resort to this to get back at some old boyfriend? Now THAT is scary.
