They offer external safties, they give you a lock for the gun when you purchase, right?

Anyway, here is my viewpoint: All people who want to sue, should be allowed to sue. It should be the right of every citizen. You should, on the back side, after the case is thrown out, then have a frivilous lawsuit law, which woud go after the bar standing of the attorney who files more than 1, or so, frivilous lawsuits a year, and make the plaintiff pay the legitimate legal fees for the defendant. And a law for a person, who files more than 3, or so, lawsuits deemed by the Court to be frivilous, they loose access to the specific Court.

No offense to our local lawyers, but there are to many lawyers for that to happen. I once considered law school myself, however when I found out how much time I would be spending in the library I changed my mind. I only wanted to argue cases like you see on TV.

If we can ride one of these frivolous law suits just think at the money we can pump into worthy causes like Ruger, S&W, Daniel Defense, LWRC, Larue, Johnny Walker & Sons.............

Are we now saying the baby was justified and it was self defense?

Glock has been continually sued since they first sold a gun in this country. It's very well documented.

They settle every time with a strict non-disclosure agreement in these civil suits.
