This guy needs to be hung on the court house lawn at noon. And he is a family court judge. This was because his 16 yr old downloaded a game. Very Disturbing Video!

A quick google search shows that this happened seven years ago, and the judge is not facing charges.

The video is almost a year old.

It does however make me sick.

I think it is was pretty harsh punishment and he went too far with it..

But if you take time to do a little research you will find out it was for Illegally down loading games and music.

I think maybe him being a Judge and her being the "Judge's Daughter" might have pushed him over the edge.

I'm not saying what he did was right. But I can see how he would be more upset then most.

Still not an excuse for that amount of beating he gave her.

That guy doesn't deserve any charges against him.

He deserves a couple of broken knees, and right around the time he's learning to walk again someone should drive a tent stake through his foot and beat his ass around in a circle.

Being a judge maybe he would be madder than most but this guys sick.

I got caught doing way worse crap as a teen and had to face down my police chief father and he may have been angrier than most but he never would have dreamed about doing this to one of his children. Mom would have shot him on the spot anyway if he had.

I have serious issues with the mother as well. The mother is saying she is the victim as well. She might have been but her priority is to protect her child. And by not stopping this she is just as guilty as the father. At one point the mother says she joined in the beating to protect her daughter.

I don't care how scared you are you MUST protect your child. She could have called the cops long before it came to this. She is not the victim here. I guess it is good the daughter has forgiven the mother but I don't think I could.

I have watched several videos and you can see this has affected the daughter substantially. On top of this she had cerebal palsy at the time of the beating, and that is what it was, a heinous beating. This will shape the daughter's life but hopefully for the good.

In cases like this I believe an "eye for and eye" would be an appropriate punishment. Beat the father like he beat his child for 7 minutes. I would be willing to bet he would be screaming that beating HIM is cruel and unusual punishment. He should, at a minimum, be removed from the bench because he has control issues. And a person who can't control themselves generally have difficulties in making the right decisions. What I would really like to see is him go to prison for a while and put him in general population. The inmates, because of all the media coverage, will know what he is in for and dispense their own form of punishment. Then, maybe, the father will understand what it is like to live in fear day in and day out as well as receive random beatings.

As a family Court Judge.. I am sure he sees what abuse does to a child ..even a older child.. a teenager.

This wasnt a spanking.. this was flat out abuse.

Dont care how pissed you are at your kids.. there is no excuse for this.

I'm with you in spirit, but sometimes jail is worse than a beating.

Seriously though, it really makes you wonder what else a guy like this could get away with.

I don't know what's more disgusting, his behavior or the fact that apparently it goes unpunished.
