I have a para warthog coming to me (hopefully Monday!) I have heard that there are issues with the guide rod end plate breaking, either coming loose from the rod or the "ears" breaking. My question is will a standard guide rod for a 3inch 1911 work? Or if you encountered this what was your solution ?
