as to it's constitutionality before the first vote is cast.

There's no back bone in our congress

any more, in fact, there's not much

We need term limits, since we don't have them WE need to impose them

Vote these spineless dinosaurs out who've squander and made a fortune off our tax dollars and replace them with the new generation of tea party leaders and more folks like Rand Paul, Col. Allen West and Paul Ryan just to name a few.

Romney better show some spine or he'll be a one-termer too....dammit.
