Just heard from Nikki, said she has been informed by Channel 5 that Hank Wise, the man who murdered her husband Ben, is to be sentenced to time in a mental institution instead of prison.

Saw that on her FB page. That's a shame. Should be on Death Row!

Our criminal justice system working just that way we've come to expect....and with said system and with garbage like Hank Wise in the world, people still don't understand why decent, law-abiding people feel they have a duty and a need to carry arms.

What a shame Nikki didn't have her firearm in her hands that night; it might have saved the state a lot of money and put the piece of human garbage where he ought to be.
