Early Fathers day gift

I just have to show off what my sons, daughter-in-law, and wife got me for fathers day. AR15 upgrades. New quad rail fore end. Combination front vertical grip and Bi-pod, and 100 round drum mag. The greatest thing is that my 19 year old son took the initiative to research, find, buy sneak the gun out to get it installed so they could hand it to me ready to go. Then they couldn't wait till father's day. Here are a few pics.

my wife ordered me (with my knowledge of course as my C&R had to be used) 2 mosin Nagant Hex's from SOG last month when they were in stock and on sale!!!

her suggestion too!!! finally...i think she has me figured out!

I think they are awesome. My son said several salespeople were not interested in helping him. Told him to just get a gift certificate, that gun stuff was "too personal" to buy for someone. I think they did great, and this means a whole lot more to me than a gift certificate, and if it's gun stuff I'm good with it.

"Too Personal"???? What kind of idiot salespeople did your son encounter? In retail, a sale is a sale. That's the persons' job. Methinks this one needs retraining.

Sweet gift!

Thanks to the terrible service my wife received at Frontier Firearms a couple of years back, she has vowed to never buy me another gun or firearms related accessory again. That was her first ever gun purchase and she has refused to even walk into a gun store since.
