That was such an impressive ad until I saw that damned broken cross. Peace is quite another thing than

what that symbol really stands for.

Yeah, poor choice there. It's a shame; they probably figured it would just lure the anti war crowd and didn't put any real thought into the history of the symbol.

I actually like that guy. Have for awhile. With that said, if he can get elected, I can shoot a Cadillac out of my butt. Nothing wrong with putting the message out there. He just doesn't need to help Obama. Best I can tell, most commies won't like him. If he steals any votes, it will be from our side.

Peace is a wonderful thing and I agree, it's certainly less expensive than waging a war or rebuilding after a war - the problem is that we have enemies that either don't agree or don't care (or one reason or another).

Call me ignorant. I am only 40 and the peace sign has always been the peace sign. Anyone care to give me a history lesson. I am very conservative and have never paid any attention to the peace protestors and such. Now I am just curious.
