HCP Cert Question

I recently got my HCP Certification and somehow in the backpack I use for going to and from the range my Hoppes #9 leaked on my certificate that I JUST got today. Has anyone else had this problem or something similar? And if so, what did you do? Will the DMV take it? Most of the info has been left intact on the certificate.

call the place your got your certificate & ask if they will provide you another. as long as it's still recent they may help you out.

Called the DMV here in Williamson county and the HCP office and they both pretty much said it won't do. Apparently the name of the school is extremely important to the application process... Oh well. Just hope my instructor will give me a new one if I give him the old one, it's barely been 24 hours since I took the course.

So, it wasn't all readable -- yeah, I'd say the issuing school info is sort of necessary, after all.

Well, then....I'm sure they'll print ya another....

Dang that sucks. Hopefully you get a new one easily. This is why I have a leather document bag/ case that I use for anything important. Long standing habit from the military, always carrying orders and other stuff yiu can't affird to get messed up.

Whether they do or don't, post the name of the school. Be nice to know who they were regardless.
