Interesting rifle you got there Robin, it appears to be a Kalashnikov designed, (5.45x39?, 7.62x39mm?) stamped reciever (Saiga, Romanian?) with an M4 type (side folding?) adjustable stock, quad rail forearm, Harris type bipod & some sort of short tubed telescopic sight (3-9x?).

It's a converted Saiga (Russian).

It is a converted Saiga in 5.45x39. Moved trigger guard forward, installed bullet guide so it will take AK 74 mags. Installed trigger control group from South Carolina Shooters supply. She is a sweet shooter. Inexpensive Leapers scope but it is clear and keeps zero quite well. Been a great therapeutic experience. Only downside is my wife wont let her sleep with us. Women!

Are those Carolina trigger groups a single or double hook trigger group?

Richard they have both. I've done plenty of business with them with no problems. If it goes on or in a Saiga they have it.
