Coal Creek Armory has a bin full of various colored handguards for ARs. Thought about picking up a pink one but decided against it.

I was laughed at, at every gun store I went to when I asked 4 a pink gun. Reading what Mrs Tungsten was going thought to get pink grips. I googled "pink guns" got all kinds of stuff to look at.

Sounds like you need to make friends with Duracoat. :D

I'ved "pinked" three guns to date for people. Its the weirdest thing in the world.

For some reason, and i still dont know why, the bright colors are much harder to clean out of my airbrush than other colors. Blah.

I know there was a specific reason behind the "Hello Kitty" AR-15 but I can't quite remember. Something to do with a ban on certain colors gun are allowed to be and pink wasn't on the list? Am I correct?

you know I was actually looking at duracoat's website and was wondering about the "bloomberg collection." I then read your comment and remembered this article

https://www.nydailynews.com/news/2008/03/21/2008-03-21_gun_paint_company_taunts_mayor_bloomberg.html

Their reasoning behind the ban is pretty stupid. If a "teenager" is that stupid, then they deserve to be "removed from society" so that they no longer infect us with their stupidity. A responsible gun owner that has children around them should not have their guns out for them to "play with" anyway. I understand accidents happen, but real guns are usually heavier than toy guns. Either way, this is like beating a dead horse, it won't get you anywhere.

Back on topic, I do think that brick wall and graffiti AR looks badass though. Not something I'd personally get, but it's nice to see something different.
