Anyone use a rifle sling made of paracord? Do you like it? What are the pro's and con's for normal use? I know the pro's of having cordage, I want to know if the sling just doesn't work for some reason, or what you give up using one made of paracord.

Last part of the question, does anyone know a place (or individual) to buy one from? I need a new rifle sling and a way to carry some more cordage when I'm in the field so I figure this might fit the bill. Semper Fi,

Joe

I have one on my Marlin 1894. I won it in an auction so I don't know who made it. It seems to work pretty well. It's kinda long but it should be fine this winter with a coat on.

I have made quite a few of them. For people. However, they are made to custom fit only. The downfall I have noticed is the ability to adjust them. I know there has to be a way, but this is more of a Custom thing to have. If you are interested in it I can make you one pretty cheap. Just send me a PM and let me know.
