Horse harness, socks, and seasoning: can't believe I didn't go to this "gun" show. :)

OS, that's kinda what I was asking about. This kinda stuff at a "gun" show makes my butt

want a dip of snuff. Sounds like the Expo show might be the way to go.....if I can ever make it

up there.

Thanks

To be fair, I'm not sure the proportion of non-gun related vendors at the Expo is any different. Total number of vendors I guess are about the same? They're both RK shows after all. David, do you know relative vendor numbers?

I know it "seems" like Expo venue is a bigger show, but that's probably totally due to simply having more room between rows and whatnot, everything is just more spread out.

And really, the totally non-firearms stuff is quite the minority in both; seems the majority of that is milsurp/survival oriented.

There was a great deal on .50 cal ammo cans at the show. $20/ea or two for $30. :dropjaw:

I did hear a nasty rumor.

Rex, the "R", in R.K. Gunshows might be spending some time in the FPMITAP. Turns out he may have had a SUBSTANTIAL store of undeclared cash at his home.

I like his shows and he seemed like a very nice guy when I spoke to him a few years ago about a problem I had. I hope it doesn't affect his shows.

Also, anyone notice the absence of the "private sale" tables by the same people every show? Probably because the ATF has made quite a few arrests as of late of unlicensed dealers leading to those who were not arrested being a little gun shy, pun intended. I know normally you see the same people with dozens of guns for sale out of their "private collection" but not this time.

April - charges filed against RK Shows Company

In the April 2 article, Rex not charged (yet). Maybe someone can find a more recent update
