VINTAGE SHOTGUN - RICHARDS BELGIUM?

My aunt has this side by side double trigger and dual hammer shotgun, 30" barrel.

Side plate shows " RICHARDS BELGUIM". Pictures below. I assume it is 12 gauge, no marking. I would appreciate any information on gun and its value if any. It is in pretty good shape for an 1893 proof. It will most likely be a wall hanger.
