Anyone here build privacy fences?

I need someone to put up about 110' across my back property line. There is a row of Leyland Cypress trees right behind this line and I don't think I could do it without it being more trouble than I want to tackle with all of the roots.

1st hand referrals will do also. I'm in the Haywood Lane area of S. Nashville.

I got a recommendation from a friend who was my councilman here. He's never steered me wrong yet. Gonna get it done in 2 weeks. I'll let you know what kind of work he does. He charging $15 a ft for a 6' fence.

I don't know anybody that does them in Nashville, but if you want to be able to see thru them with out somebody seeing in.

You can set the boards at a 45 degree angle and this works. We have this on my deck and it works great.

The neighbors can't see us but we can see out.

I could probably do some pic if anybody is interested

I know volzfan you want to block the view

Thanks for the suggestion but there are apartments behind us that I'm working on blocking. I built a natural privacy fence 12 years ago by planting Leyland Cypress trees across the property line. Now the lower limbs are dying off for lack of sun so I'm going to trim them up to 6 ft and install the fence. This time of year there are leaves on the scrub trees that are on the hill between me and the apts.

This shot is from a couple of years ago.
