Yeh. Try to get rid of the Fair Housing Act. See how far you get with that. Also, getting rid of HUD should be

on the agenda. Lots of laws on the books that make criminals out of ordinary citizens. You would have to

heavily modify the Civil Rights Act of 1964, also. So many laws out there that should never have been

passed. It would take years of Jeffersonian type leadership to get rid of the junk liberals and progressives

have made into laws.

That's so insurmountable, it's likely to never happen.

Yes, Mike, it's the law. As it stands now, we uphold the law. I was simply lamenting the ever increasing trend destroying any real notion of the liberty bequeathed to us by our Founding Fathers. The soldier has every right, under current law, to sue.
