If it's for something silly like you forgot to pay a ticket, then I don't think it would. However, I would be more interested in getting my DL renewed and back to being 100% okay before I'd worry about my HCP.

well it was for not paying a tickit. as for gettin my dl's back my wife totalled, my car yesterday morning... so my dl is not high on my list just yet.. it sucks depending on friends to get to work

The county might possibly tell you over the phone if you do have a warrant. Some Counties will and some wil not.

Pay the ticket, plus the late penalty, plus the DL renewal. You'll be good to go.

I think I'd worry about getting my drivers lic back and getting another car, and forgetting the HCP for now....just my opinion is all.

Your profile shows you have a HCP already. Is it due for renewal?
