Dental Receptionist Killed in Green Hills

The dental receptionist shot to death this morning at her workplace in Green Hills is identified as Vickie Pearsall, 48.

Pearsall was found dead by her employer, Dr. John Williams, on the floor behind her desk.

He telephoned 911 at 7:08 a.m. A patient had entered the office just prior to Williams, but did not see Pearsall.

Evidence on the scene indicates Pearsall was killed shortly after she arrived at the office, located at 2325 Crestmoor Road.""

"Murder suspect Gilbert Devon Pearsall, 51, the estranged husband of dental receptionist Vickie Pearsall, is dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on I-24 near Paducah, Kentucky." they released a photo of him and erm... we used to go to the same gas station several times a week.

My mother in-law and my wife knew this lady. My mother in-law is a DH in Nashville also.
